How did you hear about this brand?
I first heard of your guitars through E-Bay. I was looking for a inexpensive guitar and I saw your brand then tried your website. I haven't picked up a guitar in about 30 years.I just recently retired from Houston Fire Dept. and wanted to pick up a hobby that would keep me from going brain dead.

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
the last guitar i had was very hard to play. Being that it wasn't expensive,strings hard to push and the neck was too wide. When I opened the case of the ZAD-20 it was obvious that it was a quality product. Also being that it was on the low end of your line of guitars this guitar anyone would be proud to own.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
The one that I bought was the solid black,it is absolutly beautiful. It has a slim neck with strings that you don't have to force. I still cannot get over the looks and feel of this product, I was pleasantly surprised.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
Being that it is an acoustical I would price it in the 800 to 1000 dollar range.

How would you rate customer support?
Well to begin with it was shipped in record time. Also your reply to my questions were prompt and informative. To rate I would say it is excellent.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
Yes because you have a product that anyone would be proud to have, also the customer is not left in the dark when it comes to improving your skills and learning new and advanced skills.

Additional comments:
great product maybe one day I would like to see a high end guitar they must be awesome.
