How did you hear about this brand?
I was recearching Martin guitars on the internet. I came across a model that had been modified with the string science system. Intrigued, I researched the Zager site. I was convinced to try the Zager by the lifetime warranty and the 60 day money back guarantee. Ovatiom

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
It is head and shoulders above my Ovation Balladeer. The sound is brighter and the action and string spacing has reduced buzzing. I went to the local music store that sells Martin Guitars. To be honest the $2500 Martin I tried had a slightly better tone, but was not any easier to play. For a fifth of the price,I'll take the Zager.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
Tone and playability.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
At least $1000.

How would you rate customer support?
Excellent. Dennis was prompt in answering my questions, and Jill was professional and helpful in processing my order.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
Absolutely. It's a great guitar at a great price. I appreciate that Denny inspects and signs each of his guitars.
